 The "Post Time" show is a half-hour weekly television program that promotes harness racing at Dover Downs, Harrington Raceway and Ocean Downs. The show airs on WBOC TV-16 on Sunday Mornings at 11:30 am and again on FOX-21 DELMARVA on Monday Mornings at 8:30 am. Our first "Post Time" show aired in July of 1998. We've had a new show each week, which means that there have been over 500 "Post Time" episodes! No, that's not a typo - we've really produced over 500 different shows! We try to give our viewers a fun and educational program about the sport and show exciting races too. "Post Time" has won several awards for broadcasting in harness racing and we get great feedback from our fans! So thanks to everyone for watching! The producer & host is me, Heather Vitale-Moffett and the editor and camera man is Robert Faust (Faust Video Productions). By the way, if you live on the Delmarva penninsula, but you have satellite like Dish Network or Direct TV and you don't get the "Post Time" show - here's a solution...go to Radio Shack or Walmart or a TV store and ask them for an antenna that you can hook right up to your television set that will allow you to get WBOC TV-16. These antennas are inexpensive (around $30-50) and easy to install. When you want to watch WBOC TV-16 for "Post Time" or weather or news all you have to do is turn off your satellite put 16 on your television and you've got it! I have one of those antennas and trust me - if i could figure it out you can, too!   People tell me all the time that I look like I love doing the "Post Time" Show. They're right! I love interviewing my guests and asking crazy questions and just having a ball, but still giving you an informative and educational half-hour at the same time. We've had local and national harness racing stars on the show and even a celebrity or two - as you can see in the picture that's me with Heavy Weight Boxing Champ George Foreman. He owns horses with trainers George & Brenda Teague and I stopped by the barn for an interview. He was as nice in person as he is on his grilling commercials!
