Welcome to the Official Website of The Delaware Standardbred Owners Association! THIS IS A TOTALLY IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT! Applications for the 2008 Delaware Standardbred Owners Association Scholarships are now available. All applications MUST be submitted NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 30TH! The DSOA will award up to $6,000 in total scholarships, in amounts of $3,000 or $2,000. The awards will be presented at the DSOA's Annual Awards Banquet in January 2009. To be eligible to apply, applicants must be a member of the DSOA, or a child or grandchild of a DSOA member in good standing. The applicant must be enrolled in an accredited college or university or technical college. All candidates must have taken either the SAT or ACT exams.
